
Goat’s cheese brûlée salad (For 2 to share)
This is just great for a starter or with a French stick for lunch!
Cook the quinoa according to the packet directions
Shake all of the dressing ingredients with salt & pepper together in a jar. Set aside while you prepare the salad, to allow the flavours to develop
Combine all the salad ingredients, except the chai seeds, in a bowl, dress and toss
Serve on a platter, sprinkled with the chai seeds
